WHAT IS WASTELAND?

Wasteland is an event inspired by many of the post-apocalyptic and survival games people have come to love. Fallout, STALKER, Metro, and Far cry 2 are the main inspirations for the vibe, aesthetics and story of Wasteland.

A 3 day hyper immersive event with so many different stories to make your experience unique beyond your imagination. With a detailed back story you can be sure that whatever choice you make, from buying your ticket, to the very last task you have chosen of the weekend, you can truly live in the world we have created.

With 3 different tickets, we are confident you will find something that interests you. Two of our tickets are combat based, while one is more about experiencing the aethstetic and vibe of a post-apocalyptic village.

The gameplay area is on an old power station located South of Johannesburg, Gauteng. The location will be announced later and the parking area will be separated from the field of play. Please check each ticket's description for their detailed backstory and description of experiences. For a true Wasteland experience we suggest the Survivor ticket as the event's story is designed around these participants. If you simply wish to experience the vibe of a post apocalyptic town, then the villager ticket is for you.

The Combat in Wasteland will be Airsoft based where participants will be required to bring their own equipment or use our rental equipment (Faction ticket only). All Combat tickets will receive patches for the event, Villagers may purchase a patch at the event if they wish.
